Office Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Coordinator to join our team.

* This is a full-time position that plays an important role in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our office.
* You will be the first point of contact for employees and guests, providing a welcoming and professional experience.


Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will oversee the office environment, including building access and office communications. They will also coordinate office operations, including reception, stationery, mail, couriers, and other administrative procedures.

* Schedule room bookings as required
* Welcome clients, visitors, and internal employees
* Monitor office expenditures within allocated budget
* Maintain office equipment and inventory
* Support events, meeting, and conferencing needs
* Onboard new starters with IT
* Process improvement initiatives
* Ad hoc administrative support
* Work with management team to ensure safety and wellbeing on site
* Complete administration tasks on time
* Manage clients, suppliers, and support employees in a professional manner at all times
* Ensure the office is functional and presentable at all times


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need relevant qualifications such as Cert IV Business, or equivalent industry experience. You should have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar office environment.

* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
* Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel
* Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
* Proficiency in English language skills.
