Program Assistant (Administration) Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Program Assistant in an administration capacity.
The role will provide support to two key allied health programs, including the Osteoarthritis Hip and Knee Service and the Voice, Swallowing and Airways assessment service.
Key responsibilities will include waitlist management, data entry, and other day-to-day tasks.
Job Description:
This is a permanent part-time role, working 1 day per week.
As a Program Assistant, you will work collaboratively with a small friendly team to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Providing administrative support to allied health teams
* Managing waitlists and performing data entry tasks
* Supporting reception duties for allied health programs
* Operating the phone switchboard at the Queen Elizabeth Centre
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to identify and solve problems constructively
* Good judgment and adaptability in fast-paced environments
* Previous experience in administration or customer service roles
* Relevant qualifications or certifications
