Administrative Support Role

* This is a part-time opportunity to work in a supportive environment, providing administrative services to our team.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Answering and addressing incoming telephone queries
2. Scheduling patient appointments
3. Processing payments and invoicing
4. Balancing daily banking
5. Maintaining a clean and tidy waiting room, clinic rooms, and kitchen
6. Replenishing supplies
7. Completing other administrative tasks as required

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently. Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Suite is desirable.
