Working closely with your Sales Professionals, take an active part in supporting across all stages of the sales process and through the customer's journey.
You will be working between two development sites, located in Box Hill and Marsden Park in this full time, permanent position, 5 days/week (including weekends), with allocated days off during the week.
Along with a competitive salary package (base and super), you can earn quarterly bonuses and commission.
Be the first point of contact for all sales and after sales inquiries, providing initial guidance before passing on to your Sales Professionals Handle all incoming information via phone, emails, website and general inquiries Keep potential home buyers informed about new releases, home designs, events and promotions Maintain and update sales systems, processes and procedures About you This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment, paving the way for a robust property career.

A solid background in customer service, with experience in sales support and/or administrative capacity within real estate, property development, home builders, or retail or hospitality, where daily face-to-face customer interactions are a key part of your role Proficiency in delivering high-quality administrative tasks and being tech savvy Strong organisational skills, effective time management and the ability to demonstrate initiative Ability to engage and build rapport easily with a diverse range of stakeholders Motivation to work independently or as part of a team Full drivers' licence and own reliable transport required to commute to/from work The Stockland Proposition At Stockland we are a community delivering outcomes that benefit the community at large.
