About CPE Group

CPE Group is a family-owned Home Care Provider with 27 years of experience delivering health care across the Perth Metro area. We are Government approved for a range of services including Aged Care, Veterans’ Affairs, Disability (NDIS), and Private Care.

Our core values – understanding, kindness and respect - guide every decision we make, and we are committed to giving every client we support, the same high level of care that we would expect for our own family - underpinned by strong governance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

We are located in the Garden Office Park in Osborne Park, a new modern office close to public transport with parking onsite included. Facilities include complimentary use of a gym, tennis court and a swimming pool and there is also café.

* Ensure documentation remains current, compliant, accessible, and audit ready.

Training & Capability Building

* Monitor mandatory training compliance across Aged Care and NDIS.

* Support staff understanding of compliance, audit expectations, and quality requirements.

Continuous Improvement

* Analyse audit outcomes, feedback, and data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

* Champion a culture of accountability, learning, and quality excellence.
