The Opportunity
Stealthwatch is working exclusively with a leading global security vendor to appoint a high-performing Sales Director. This is a pivotal hire, combining individual sales excellence with leadership responsibility. You'll take ownership of driving new business while mentoring and managing a small, high-potential team.
This role is ideal for a hands‐on sales leader who thrives in a "player‐coach" capacity—someone who leads from the front, builds strong client relationships, and inspires a team to exceed targets in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and mid-market accounts
* Lead, coach, and develop a small sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets
* Build and execute a go‐to‐market strategy aligned with regional growth objectives
* Establish and nurture senior‐level client relationships
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, pre‐sales, and channel teams
* Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting
What We're Looking For
* Proven track record of success in B2B sales within cybersecurity or enterprise technology
* Experience in a player‐coach or sales leadership role
* Strong new business focus with a hunter mentality
* Demonstrated ability to build and scale high‐performing teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Based in (or willing to relocate to) Sydney or Melbourne
