They’re now looking for a National Sales Manager to lead from the front—bringing structure, energy, and commercial focus to a well-established, evolving sales function. This role reports directly into the executive team, with high visibility and influence across the business. What you’ll own This is a leadership role with national scope and real influence. Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed sales team Set and execute a clear national growth strategy Drive performance across diverse and evolving customer channels Strengthen key relationships with national retailers, clinics, distributors, and industry stakeholders Build discipline, cadence, and accountability across the sales function Partner with regional and global leadership to align strategy and execution What we’re looking for You’re a genuine leader—someone who lifts standards and brings people with you.
