Bandit Pizza & Wine is looking for an energetic and self‐motivated team member to fill a casual Duty Manager position. Have a passion for leading a team to provide guest experiences that exceed expectations? If so, we'd love to hear from you!
Work alongside our talented chefs, including Head Chef Antonio Pruner, and FOH team led by Jade Baker. Contribute to the lively, warm atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back for more. Responsibilities
* Ensuring guest experience metrics are achieved, through knowledgeable, passionate table‐side service, and leading the team to do the same.
* Make beverages (cocktails, pouring beers, wines, spirits & non‐alcoholics)
* Customer communications
* Execution of functions and events
* Ensuring the venue is presented & organised to standard at all times.
* Meeting spend per head targets.
* Leading the team on shift.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need:
* A bloody great and positive attitude
* Experience working in a high energy, fast‐paced environment
* Experience with section‐waiting & bartending
* Prior experience in a similar role
* Good organisation skills
* A high attention to detail
* A creative flair and a finger on the pulse of the hospitality industry
* An RP badge is non‐essential, but would be favourable.
