The Opportunity
This role will support the day to day financial operations of the business and plays a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting within a fast paced manufacturing and project-based environment.
Responsibilities:
* Generate and issue customer invoices in line with project milestones
* Follow up outstanding debts and maintain accurate debtor records
* Process supplier invoices, purchase orders, and staff reimbursements
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
* Assist with payroll preparation and processing in accordance with legislation
* Maintain employee records for leave, allowances, and deductions
* Process staff expense claims and corporate credit card reconciliations
About You:
* Proven experience in a Finance Officer or similar role
* Experience using MYOB or similar accounting systems
* High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
