About the role
This is an opportunity to work independently, co-located with the Youth Justice Service, supporting at-risk youth to achieve positive outcomes across key areas of their lives.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Building supportive relationships with young people
* Facilitating goal-focused programs and linking young people with relevant services
* Advocating for client needs with internal and external stakeholders
* Participating in case planning and coordination meetings
* Supporting emotional wellbeing and countering negative influences
