What you'll do

As the Clinical Coordinator, reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring strong clinical governance, supporting and mentoring staff, and driving continuous improvement in care outcomes. This role is ideal for someone passionate about aged care and making a real difference in residents' lives.

* Deliver high quality nursing care, including specialised nursing care.
* Lead and mentor the clinical and care team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centered care.
* Support clinical governance through comprehensive assessments, care planning, and regular reviews.
* Ensure compliance with aged care standards and accreditation through robust quality and risk management.
* Educate and upskill staff to build a high-performing, confident clinical team.
* Work closely with GPs, allied health providers and families to deliver holistic care.
* Prepare accurate documentation and support ongoing service improvement initiatives.

What you'll bring

* Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Experience in a senior clinical leadership role, preferably in residential aged care.
* Deep understanding of the Aged Care Standards, Quality Framework, and related legislation.
* Strong mentoring, problem‐solving and decision‐making skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast‐paced environment.
* A proactive, compassionate, and team‐focused approach.
