What You'll Do
* Responsible for the day to day monitoring of systems and equipment to achieve daily throughput outcomes
* Reporting on and communicating performance against the overall Operational Plan and specific KPIs
* Identify improvement opportunities in the day to day Operations plan to meet inbound volume, decant volume, picking timeframes and dispatch windows.
* analyse the impacts of unplanned outages/breakdowns and reporting on the progress against the revised Operational Plan.
* Lead and support implementation, innovation and the embedding of continuous improvements within the Operational area
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Information Technology or equivalent work experience
* Proven experience in an operations role, preferably in a fast-paced distribution centre or order fulfilment environment.
* Ability to adapt to change within a fast paced environment, whilst meeting the demands of a 24 hour operation
* Critical thinking with strong analytical, planning and problem solving capabilities
* A track record of continuous improvement and delivering results in a complex, matrix environment.
