Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Public Space Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, including pool, gym, and shared bathrooms.
* Ensure all public spaces are clean and well-maintained at all times.
* Spruce up indoor and outdoor spaces, including pool and gym areas, to meet high cleanliness and presentation standards.
* Handle specialized equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently.
* Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with inquiries and security matters.
* Work collaboratively with other departments to complete tasks and ensure seamless guest experience.
* Previous experience in a similar role, such as a cleaner or room attendant.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests from diverse backgrounds.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Ability to adapt easily to new situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
