Service Engineer – Industrial Automation
As a Service Engineer at Schneider Electric, you will deliver high-quality technical services and solutions across Industrial Automation systems. This role ensures reliable operations, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver lifecycle support for automation systems – design, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
* Execute service contracts and projects on time and within budget.
* Provide technical expertise across PLCs, SCADA, DCS, telemetry, and networking.
* Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
* Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
About You
You'll have a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline and a minimum of 2 years' hands‐on experience in industrial automation services/projects.
Key Skills and Experience
* Knowledge and working understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, Modbus, OPC) and networking fundamentals.
* Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) will be an advantage.
* Programming skills in Python, C#, C/C++, JavaScript.
* Excellent problem‐solving, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
