WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the Digital Merch Lead, you are responsible for:
Implement & execute strategy and commercial priorities:
* Stay updated on assortment, demand, and inventory levels.
* Optimize local selling peaks driven by the calendar.
* Coordinate with the digital team regarding product availability, activation plans, and deal structures to ensure excellent on-site execution.
* Define product and category must-wins for the e-commerce channel and share these with E-com leads to optimize product exposure.
Drive in- and post-season inventory management:
* Follow up on stock priorities with the inventory optimization lead and E-commerce team.
* Manage full-price, discount, and sale activities.
* Execute stock management strategies.
* Drive commercial reduction activations.
Follow up and inform about progress:
* Stay informed about market retail conditions and customer profiles.
* Implement and follow up on the commercial plan.
* Regularly visit the site across all touchpoints to confirm or adjust actions to meet strategic goals set by the Head of Merchandising and Head of E-com.
* Monitor commercial results and KPIs.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As a Digital Merchandiser Lead, you will be a key member of the merchandising and e-commerce team, reporting to the OMNI Head of Merchandising. You will collaborate with other functions such as Digital, Marketing, the local Retail Merchandising team, and regional teams in Sweden.

* Proven experience in executing commercial plans.
* Strong knowledge of merchandising systems, tools, and methods.
* Deep retail operational expertise and awareness of market trends.
* Knowledge of operational best practices for digital retail.
* Experience in post-season stock management.
