Our diversity helps usprovide the best support possible to carers, families, children and youngpeople and all of our external stakeholders.A little about the roleOur Support Worker Co-Ordinator is seeking expressions of interest to join acasual support worker pool. Ashley would love to hear from experiencedSupport Workers to primarily work after school hours and weekends - supportsare generally 3-5 hrs long.Transporting children and young people to appointments, providingtherapeutic supports and implementing therapy goals.Excellent rates SCHADS Level 3 and allowances. These positions are CASUALroles.About youYou will bring demonstrated experience with dealing with vulnerable childrenand young people of various ages from 0-18years.You will have a concise understanding of trauma informed therapeuticcare to assist in deescalating and responding to critical incidents withthe young person.You will have experience in dealing with children and young people with‘complex needs and behaviours’ and the ability to therapeutically managethese behavioursYou will be required to be available, after school hours and weekends.My Key AssetsThe health and wellbeing of our people is at the core of our employee andclient experience.
