**The Role**: 
As Restaurant Supervisor, you'll support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the venue. From managing service flow and staff performance to maintaining a strong presence on the floor, your leadership will set the tone for quality, professionalism, and energy. A passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for wine and guest engagement are key to success in this role.
**The Responsibilities**:
- Lead and supervise front-of-house operations during service to ensure consistency and efficiency. 
- Support and guide team members to deliver high-quality, professional service aligned with TAMA standards. 
- Manage bookings, guest flow, and coordinate service between floor and kitchen teams. 
- Act as a senior point of contact on shift, resolving any service issues promptly and professionally. 
- Maintain a dynamic and visible floor presence to support both staff and guest experience. 
- Assist with training, onboarding, and development of team members. 
- Support the curation and execution of the wine program alongside the management team. 
- Recommend wine pairings and contribute to ongoing wine training for the front-of-house team. 
- Ensure compliance with RSA, health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. 
- Contribute to rostering, end-of-day reporting, and other operational tasks as required. 
- 1-2 years' experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a premium or high-volume hospitality venue. 
- Natural leader with a strong floor presence and a positive, team-first attitude. 
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead under pressure. 
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in both service and operations. 
- Passion for food, wine, and creating memorable guest experiences. 
- Comfortable guiding wine pairings and supporting a structured beverage program. 
- A proactive and hands-on operator with a calm and professional demeanour.
