About the Role
* Perform routine servicing and maintenance on vehicles, including inspections, repairs, and replacements.
* Diagnose and repair technical issues using advanced diagnostic equipment and tools.
* Identify additional work required and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed, including hours worked, materials used, and any defects found.
* Road test vehicles to ensure safe operation and quality of workmanship.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A valid driver's license and unrestricted work rights in Australia.
* Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a similar role or as a mechanic.
* Strong technical knowledge and skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex issues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
