Job Title
A compassionate and skilled Enrolled Nurse is required to provide exceptional care to our residents in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. To compile comprehensive histories from residents and/or family members to identify care needs through admissions and ongoing assessments.
2. Maintain accurate documentation that reflects care delivery.
3. Complete ACFI assessments and documentation as required for your shift, contributing to income maximisation.
4. Assist in implementing, contributing to, and evaluating resident care plans as directed by your supervisor.
5. Administer medications and ensure correct ordering, storage, and documentation procedures in line with organisational policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Diploma of Nursing and current registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse.
* Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience, preferably in aged care.
* Knowledge of Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care.
* Understanding of the Commonwealth Aged Care Funding Instrument.
* Current National Police Certificate (or ability to obtain).
* Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
* Understanding of aged care accreditation processes.
