To be a successful candidate for this role you will possess the following:
* Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
* Hold a current Agents Representative Certificate
* The Agents Representative Certificate can be obtained after hiring
* Ability to communicate well and in a professional manner with clients and internal staff
* 1+ years experience as a sales agent (an advantage but not essential )
* Hold a current Driver's Licence
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
* Open & keen to undertake further industry training
* Candidates with any legal work status in Australia are welcome to apply
Tasks involved in this role will include (but are not limited to):
* Prospecting
* Conducting market appraisals
* Client management & communication
* Listing and selling of properties
* Conduct open for inspections for private sales & auctions
* Assisting co-workers with daily duties where required
