Responsibilities
Provide patient-centred nursing care informed by evidence, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary team.
Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and deliver nursing interventions to promote identified health outcomes.
Work within a 29-bed inpatient respiratory ward.
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication within a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster.
