Your Role:
As a Disability Support Worker, you will:
- Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Help clients participate in community activities and social events.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all clients.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications includes minimum Cert III disability or aged care.
- NDIS Screening Check or working towards it
- First Aid/CPR (current)
- Experience (preferred but not required).
- A positive attitude and a commitment to making a difference.
