This role requires a leader who can manage people, clients, and projects in an HR-related function. Relevant tertiary qualifications in human resources and/or extensive experience in HR in a complex organisation is beneficial.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve organisational goals. They will also have experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, as well as providing expert advice on HR matters.
