About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Blue Collar Recruitment Specialist to join our team.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing and screening, offer and onboarding.
* Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using job boards, social media, employment agencies, local job fairs, and community outreach programs.
* Conduct initial interviews, skill assessments, and background checks to ensure candidates meet role requirements.
* Coordinate closely with operations managers, warehouse supervisors, and HR team members to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
* Assist in new hire orientation and ensure all required documentation is complete.
* Ensure recruitment processes adhere to company policies, labor laws, and health & safety standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. They should also have a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices, as well as experience working with databases and software applications.
