About the Role:
Our client is completing a stunning new display home development in Wollongong and is looking for a home-sales superstar.
You will receive strong organisational support and be expected to work independently, providing exceptional service to both potential and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
New Home Sales, based out of two brand new display homes
Drive growth by developing strategic relationships with land developers, real-estate agents, and referral partners to generate new leads and expand market opportunities.
Engage with customers to design their dream homes and expertly navigate them through the entire sales process to contract closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term business opportunities.
Analyse market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to improve sales strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
Skills and experience:
Previous experience in New Home sales and a willingness to learn, coupled with a desire to forge a successful career in the home-build industry.
Networking Expertise: Exceptional ability to identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and referral partners.
A self-motivated individual with a strong drive to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding results.
