Investment Analyst
to join its Sydney team. This role offers broad exposure to both debt and equity transactions, with a particular focus on residential development. Current deal flow spans all major Australian capital cities, providing the successful candidate with diverse and high-profile project exposure.
Backed by wholesale funds, family offices, high-net-worth investors, and select institutional capital, the firm has consistently delivered strong returns underpinned by its development expertise and substantial balance sheet. With ambitious growth plans over the next three years, this is a unique opportunity for an Analyst passionate about building a career in CRE Private Credit and development investing.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake financial modelling, credit analysis, and scenario testing for real estate lending and equity JV opportunities.
* Prepare detailed investment papers and contribute to Investment Committee presentations.
* Support senior professionals in structuring, negotiating, and executing transactions.
* Assist Fund Managers with capital raising initiatives across diverse investor groups.
* Conduct market research, sector analysis, and benchmarking to inform investment strategies.
* Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing asset management support.
Candidate Profile
* 2–6 years' experience in CRE or a related discipline, ideally within private credit, debt advisory, real estate finance, development, or quantity surveying.
* Strong analytical ability with proficiency in development feasibilities and fund modelling.
* Excellent communication skills with the capacity to produce clear, concise investment materials.
* Motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
* Genuine interest in real estate markets, private credit and development.
