Case Management Specialist Role
This position entails managing a caseload of complex and high-risk individuals, conducting risk assessments, developing case plans, implementing interventions, and ensuring compliance with court orders.
* Manage a caseload comprising predominantly complex and high-risk cases.
* Motivate and influence staff in optimal case management practices.
* Produce written reports with sound analysis and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
* Apply critical judgment in the identification and assessment of individual risk.
* Nurture relationships with cross-government and community-based partners.
