With strong organic demand and warm, inbound leads flowing daily, this role is focused on what experienced advisors do best: advising, strategising, and guiding investors into investment-grade assets.
This is a Perth-based role only and property experience is non-negotiable.
The Opportunity
As a Property Investment Advisor / Property Strategist, you will be the trusted expert guiding clients through:
* Asset selection
* Long-term wealth creation through property
You will not be cold calling.
You will not be selling off-the-plan stock.
You will be working with educated, motivated investors who have already raised their hand.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide strategic property investment advice to qualified, warm leads.
Educate clients on investment-grade asset selection, risk, and portfolio structure.
Analyse property markets using macro and microeconomic data.
Leverage in-house research to identify high-quality opportunities.
Build long-term client relationships based on trust and outcomes.
Collaborate with mortgage brokers, conveyancers, and industry partners.
Guide clients through property acquisition and portfolio scaling.
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the client journey.
What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
Proven experience in property investment advisory, property sales, or a similar client-facing role.
Strong understanding of Australian residential property markets.
Experience advising investors (not owner‐occupiers only).
Ability to communicate strategy clearly and confidently.
Highly Regarded
Degree in Property, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
If you do not have property experience, this role will not be suitable.
