Sandvik Mining and Rock SolutionsWarehouse Supervisor - Kalgoorlie, WA The role We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our busy team at our Kalgoorlie Warehouse.As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse activities involved with the supply of spare parts and materials from the warehouse to the customer. The role focuses on people management, forward planning, costs, and KPIs, with a strong emphasis on Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards and compliance with chain of responsibility. Responsibilities: Coordinate stock movements and liaise between all Sandvik Mining & Construction and supplier warehouses.Issue stock to work orders and maintain stock levels optimally.Conduct regular audits to ascertain stock levels.Assist in producing monthly data reports as requested.Manage purchasing, receiving, and dispatching of parts, orders, and enquiries.Work closely with Leading Hands to plan daily warehouse operations.Assist in ongoing in-house training for team members.Maintain general warehouse upkeep and safety standards. About you We seek a candidate with proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities, proficiency in inventory management systems and warehouse technology, and knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
