Restaurant General Manager
About the Role:
* We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations.
* You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing menus and pricing strategies, evaluating daily performance, modifying food preparation methods and menu prices according to business needs, monitoring staff performance, planning and organizing daily operations, training staff, determining service offerings and implementing operational procedures, balancing cash and completing financial reports, conducting performance reviews, costing products and services, enforcing liquor legislation and regulations, organizing and maintaining inventory, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, negotiating with suppliers and clients, participating in marketing plans, leading individuals and providing customer service.
