Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Smash Repairer to join our qualified workshop team, responsible for repairing and restoring our vehicle fleet after accidents and damages.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform skilled panel beating and collision repair
* Assess vehicle damage and develop repair strategies
* Repair vehicle body panels and structural components
* Paint and refinish vehicle exteriors
* Ensure high-quality repair standards
* Coordinate with insurance companies
* Maintain accurate repair documentation
* Manage workshop tools and equipment
Requirements
* Have experience as a Panel Beater/Smash Repairer
* Certificate III in Panel Beating or equivalent qualification
* Proficient with professional repair equipment
* Solid attention to detail
* Valid driver's license
* Basic English communication skills
* Physical fitness for manual workshop tasks
Working Hours
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8 hour shift, 40 hours per week)
Compensation
Competitive hourly rate: $30 – $45 AUD/hour plus monthly performance bonus. Additional work-authorised bonuses and performance bonuses are available.
