Task & Responsibilities
* Supervise kitchen operations and assist in menu planning.
* Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet company expectations.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment (in line with food safety regulations).
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff where required.
Qualifications & Experience
* Cert III & IV in hospitality with fluent English.
