About the role
As a Sales Consultant at CarpetCall, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop your sales skills and build lasting relationships with our customers.
What you'll be doing
* Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
* Strive to achieve weekly sales targets
* Demonstrate products and present product knowledge in store and at our customers homes.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
* Provide excellent post-sale customer service and follow up on customer queries
We are looking for sales consultants across our divisions:
* Sales experience is helpful but not a necessary.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers is needed.
* All training on products and industry standards relating to installation is provided.
* A professional, customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service is what we are after.
* As we are a retail business you MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS but a flexible roster that works with you needs can be met.
