About the Roles:
* Service, repair, and maintain light vehicles and some farm equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
* Respond to unplanned maintenance tasks promptly.
* Follow and review maintenance procedures for safety and quality.
* Support continuous improvement and innovation in work practices.
* Comply with all safety and environmental policies.
What We're Looking For:
* Arrive fit for work and ready to get the job done.
* Strong safety focus with the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
* Report any incidents immediately to your supervisor.
* Accurately document process improvement activities and system audits, completing them within agreed timeframes.
* Take part in ongoing training to keep your skills sharp.
* Contribute positively and collaboratively during team meetings.
Essential:
* Australian manual driver's licence.
* Relevant trade qualification.
* Experience with light vehicles and basic farm equipment repairs.
