We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Carpentry and at least one year of hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review plans and blueprints to identify necessary materials, measurements, and installation methods.
* Source and select appropriate materials, and create precise construction layouts.
* Accurately cut wood joints and apply finishing techniques to complete carpentry tasks.
* Framing
* Installations reporting directly to Project Manager
* Fix outs
* Install Architectural Steel
* Report back to Project Manager
* Cutting
* Drilling
* Plaster rectifications
* Building defect and rectifications
* Erect scaffold and work platforms
* OHS

1. Qualification: Certificate III in Carpentry.
2. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Carpenter.
3. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
4. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
5. Understanding of safety regulations and building codes.
6. Attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Physical stamina to handle manual labor and carry materials.
9. A valid driver's license is required.
10. Experience with concrete framework construction.
11. Familiarity with working with materials such as Steel and other metals.
12. Certification in additional carpentry or trade-related courses is a plus.
