The Role
As an Administration Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a smooth, professional and efficient administrative process across the business.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual with strong administrative capabilities and a positive, “can-do” attitude. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* A professional, team-oriented approach
* Availability to work Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
* Managing vehicle licensing and related administrative tasks across multiple dealerships
* Completing daily mail and bank runs
* Preparing the boardroom for meetings
* Providing administrative support to the Sales Department
* Assisting with deal pack preparation and follow-up for vehicle deliveries
* Maintaining digital records and supporting document archiving
* Coordinating office consumables and supplies with your Supervisor
