Community Nursing & Home Care Service provides holistic health care to frail older adults, younger people with disabilities, and their carers to maintain independence.

• Provide high quality administrative assistance in a professional, efficient and courteous manner to non‐clinical staff, clients, carers and management.
• Perform data entry and clerical duties, supporting the delivery of non‐clinical services.
• Follow the task rotation process and administration roster to ensure fair and equitable workflow.
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of client documents and departmental records.
