people2people have partnered with an esteemed private school on the northern end of the Gold Coast that are currently seeking a temporary administrator to assist for a 7 day period commencing Thursday 23rd of April.
Working from their beautiful campus for the primary campus, this role will see you responsible for:
* Provide general administrative support, including drafting correspondence
* Assist with coordination of daily school operations
* Support staff, students, and parents in a front‐office environment
* Manage student sign-ins and sign-outs
* Photocopying, printing, and document preparation
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Provide relief reception duties as required
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in an administrative role (education setting preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail and organisational skills
* Current valid Blue Card (mandatory)
