About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled and motivated Facilities Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations across our retail portfolio.
Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will oversee all aspects of facilities management, ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and presented to the highest standard.
This role offers autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and implement compliance, WH&S, and safety systems
Oversee contractor performance and service agreements
Monitor on-site works, fitouts, and essential services
Maintain environmental and safety standards across assets
Drive high standards of property presentation and maintenance
About You
Experience in facilities or operations management ideally in retail or mixed-use assets
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, building systems, and essential services
Solid understanding of compliance, WH&S, and environmental obligations
Ability to manage multiple contractors and service providers effectively
Initiative, time management, and problem-solving skills
Professional communication and stakeholder management abilities
