The role of HR Business Partner is a key position in driving the growth and expansion of our business nationally.
We are seeking a confident and experienced HR professional to join our vibrant team, reporting to the Manager People & Safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and supporting our leaders with all operational aspects of Human Resources (HR) and assisting with developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that will enhance the employee journey and have a positive impact on engagement and retention.
This is a full-time opportunity (38 hours per week), offering flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week. Initially based at our Mentone club, the role will transition to an office location on the city fringe. There may be occasional travel between Revo Fitness sites, regionally and interstate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partnering with leaders to coach and provide accurate and timely advice on all HR related matters.
* Regularly reviewing and developing HR policy, and procedures maintaining compliance with all relevant employment legislation and industry best practice.
* Undertaking workforce planning and providing support to the Talent Acquisition Specialist with the recruitment and selection of talent to meet our growing business needs.
* Continually improving our processes across the employee journey to ensure a positive experience for all employees.
* Supporting managers with workplace investigations, performance management, employee grievances, conflict management and disciplinary matters.
* Leading various HR projects including - learning & development, remuneration & benefits, diversity & inclusion and implementation of HR systems.
* Supporting the HR Adviser with various HR administration tasks, ensuring accurate employee records are maintained across our HR systems.
* Supporting the Health & Safety Business Partner with WHS investigations, return to work plans, worker's compensation case management and compliance with psychosocial safety legislation.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience
* Strong business acumen while maintaining a fair, best practice approach
* Excellent communication, able to coach and engage with leadership teams
* High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with all stakeholders
* Highly organized and able to prioritize responsibilities
* Ability to execute tasks and complete projects within given timeframes
