We are seeking a Workplace Coordinator for an office in Abbotsford. This full-time, onsite role focuses on delivering a smooth and efficient workplace experience. Responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day operations, supporting AV setups, and providing concierge-style assistance to staff and visitors. What You'll Do Workplace Coordination & Stock Management
* Maintain clean and functional kitchens, workspaces, and meeting rooms throughout the day (loading/unloading dishwashers, wiping surfaces, resetting furniture, spot cleaning).
* Clean and refill coffee machines and milk fridges.
* Restock pantries and stationery bays as needed.
* Monitor stock levels for pantry and office supplies.
Concierge Services
* Greet and engage with staff and visitors.
* Handle basic facilities enquiries and visitor management.
* Assist with meeting room queries and same-day room setups.
Administration
* Perform basic admin tasks (training provided), including creating visitor passes and updating trackers.
* Manage mailroom functions: accept and log incoming packages, monitor outgoing post, and assist with courier pickups/drop-offs.
Audio Visual (AV) Support
* Troubleshoot basic AV issues (training provided).
* Assist with AV setup for office events.
