About the role
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this full-time Operations Manager role is a key leadership position within Katungul Aboriginal Regional Health and Community Services, located in Narooma, NSW. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organisation, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services to the local community.

What you'll be doing
* Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to achieve the organisation's goals and objectives
* Manage and oversee all operational departments, including administration, clinics, programs, and facilities
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and internal policies and procedures
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
* Manage and lead a team of dedicated staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
* Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the organisation's strategic vision
* Represent the organisation externally and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and partner organisations
What we're looking for
* Significant experience (8+ years) in a senior operations management role, preferably within an AMS or community services sector
* Demonstrated success in leading and managing multifunctional teams to achieve operational excellence
* Strong understanding of operational processes, systems, and best practices, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Proven track record of driving change and delivering results in a complex, regulated environment
* Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and compliance requirements
