SMAART Recruitment is current looking for 3 Team Leaders to join a global company that works in the services industry.
In this position you will be Managing, Leading and Coaching a range of different departments, consultants and clients and providing them the best possible support to your Data Entry and Administration team.
Team sizes range from 10-15 Consultants.
Due to the nature of this role, we are looking for someone who has managed teams before, has high attention to detail, great communication skills but most importantly someone who loves working in a team and getting the best out of people.
To make sure you are ready, you will go through a thorougher induction, training and on-boarding process so you feel comfortable and confident in the position.
This position is Hybrid, so will allow you to work from home, as well as attend sessions and hold meetings in their Rhodes office.
**About the position**:
- Monday to Friday position - With hours between 7am - 7pm
- Hybrid position allowing you flexibility to work from home
- Full time permanent position
- A total salary of $80,000 - $87,000
