Davidson Technology Consulting is hiring! We are seeking an experienced Business Test Analyst to support a major Financial Services transformation program in Brisbane. This role will suit a hands‐on testing professional with strong retail banking experience, particularly across lending and deposits, who can confidently work across testing, data validation and stakeholder coordination in a complex delivery environment.
What you will be doing
* Support testing across SIT, E2E, regression and UAT.
* Assist with integration, migration or divestment testing activities.
* Perform data validation, reconciliation and defect management.
* Partner with business, technology and vendor teams across delivery.
* Contribute to cutover readiness and hyper‐care support.
What we are looking for
* 5+ years of testing experience in Financial Services, ideally across retail banking.
* Strong domain knowledge across deposits, loans, mortgages, cards and payments.
* Experience supporting integration, migration or divestment testing, including data validation and reconciliation.
* Hands‐on delivery across SIT, E2E, UAT support, defect management and regression testing.
* Strong coordination skills to support cutover readiness and hyper‐care.
