As a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant, you will be joining our team in Rockhampton to support us across our busy festive and back-to-school periods.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing outstanding service and ensuring all customers feel valued and supported.
* Support all elements of store operations, including receiving stock deliveries, processing transactions, and maintaining store displays.
* Demonstrate strong product knowledge to assist customers with their queries and help them find the perfect products.

* Process and replenish stock effectively, adhering to inventory management systems to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
* Ensure presentation and visual merchandise standards are upheld, maintaining a visually appealing store environment that encourages customers to engage with our products.
