Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Panel Beater to deliver high-quality repairs on vehicle bodies and structures while supporting apprentices and maintaining strong safety and quality standards. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Townsville Qld, working Monday to Friday in a modern, fully equipped workshop. Responsibilities As a Panel Beater, you’ll be responsible for returning vehicles to their pre-accident condition using approved and safe repair methods. Key Responsibilities include: Removing and replacing damaged components to facilitate structural and cosmetic repairs Using and maintaining hand and power tools to manufacturer and SOP standards Performing high-quality panel repairs using approved materials and techniques Preparing and sanding surfaces ready for paint application Supporting and mentoring apprentices and new team members Reporting additional labour or parts requirements during the repair process Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workspace and equipment Ensuring job updates and system entries are completed accurately Identifying and escalating production issues or safety risks Adhering to company policies, repair standards, and WHS regulations What’s on Offer?
