Responsibilities Lead store operations and team performance. Deliver exceptional customer experiences every day. Support and coach team to achieve sales targets. Execute VM and promotional directives. Assist with inventory management and stock insights. Lead by example and uphold Universal Store culture. Skills and Experience Previous leadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor / 2IC). Strong sales focus with ability to motivate and lead a team. Warm, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills. Strong operational understanding — VM, stock, store standards. Flexible, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
