Responsibilities
* Coordinate execution of inbound shipments, receivals and deliveries across ports
* Liaise with shipping agents, transport providers, warehouses and inspection providers
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of major projects, ensuring outcomes align
* Prepare and manage procurement documentation and processes, including Head Contractor
* Safely deliver LPG products to Domestic, Commercial & Industrial sites
* Supervise third‐party works within 3 metres of transmission pipelines
* Protect pipeline assets by enforcing permit conditions and client procedures
* Manage the Classified Plant register and ensure all associated compliance
* Support mobilisation and demobilisation activities by coordinating accurate equipment documentation
* Receive, record and store all food service deliveries to Long
* Operate within a 24‐hour, 7‐day operational environment
* Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams across multiple rail projects
* Oversee design integration, constructability and technical compliance
* Ensure safety performance of employees and subcontractors
* Meet and achieve production targets
* Lead power system studies and modelling using PSCAD, PSS/E and related tools
* Define generator performance standards, reactive plant requirements and control system criteria
* Lead and manage Health & Safety practices across large‐scale projects
* Work closely with site teams to ensure safe, efficient delivery
* Deliver high‐quality, technically robust sustainability advisory services across a broad range of projects
* Act as a technical lead or subject‐matter expert on specialised engineering tasks
* Support clients with grid connection activities from feasibility through generator commissioning
* Prepare and manage connection enquiries and applications (R0 and R1)
* Advise at a strategic level during the project conception stage
* Lead the establishment of overall success criteria for major projects
Qualifications
* Successfully pass all required pre‐employment recruitment tests, including CAT1
* Hold a valid Class C motor vehicle driver's licence with a clean driving record
* Operate and maintain CNC machines, manual lathes and saws
* Perform routine inspections, servicing, fault finding and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment
* Strong capability in assessing change impacts and managing readiness and resistance
* Support the development and improvement of environmental controls, processes and procedures
* Prepare clear documentation for internal reporting and regulatory submissions
* Perform routine and reactive plumbing maintenance on commercial sites
* Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages and hot‐water issues
* Demonstrated experience delivering organisational or business change, from diagnosis through implementation
* Possess a tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent)
* Have at least 10 years' experience delivering complex IT projects in a project‐management capacity
