Home Caring Mornington Peninsula provides personalised, family centred care services to both Aged Care recipients and NDIS participants. We are seeking Support workers and Personal Care Assistants that are passionate about supporting clients with personal care, domestic assistance and social support in the community.
We are seeking carers or nurses specifically for the areas surrounding Frankston, Mt Eliza, Mornington and up to Clyde .
This role involves working closely with families and Clinical Care Managers to provide care that is centred around clients' needs, abilities and choices.
Home Caring utilises a mobile work model with a variety of shifts available across seven days and ongoing training opportunities based on individual client needs.
With no two days the same, our team may be required to assist with:
· In home personal care (personal hygiene, bathing, toileting, dressing)
· Household tasks (domestic chores, meal preparation)
· Transport to medical appointments, social engagements and activities within the community
and supports that are qualification dependant -
· Medication administration
· Wound care
· Care plan development
· Diabetes care
· Catheter care
· Stoma care

· A genuine passion for working alongside individuals and their families to foster a positive and long-lasting relationship
· Excellent communication skills and flexibility to support clients' needs based on individual circumstances
· A positive attitude strongly based in compassion and resilience, a sense of humour and ongoing accountability
· Qualification in Disability, Aged Care or related field
· NDIS Worker Screening Check
· Current First Aid and CPR certificates
· Current Driver's License and access to reliable, insured vehicle
· The right to work in Australia
