**Allied Health Clinician - Speech Pathologist Role**
We are looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our team in a role that will see you working closely with kindergarten educators and families to build their capacity to support children's communication skills.
The role will be supported through collaboration with a broader paediatric allied health team consisting of Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Occupational Therapists.
* You will be responsible for providing allied health support to educators and families in order to build their skills in supporting children's communication through coaching, modelling, group training, case consultations and other discipline-specific services.
* You will also be required to undertake discipline-specific tasks such as the provision of information in relation to expressive, receptive and pragmatic language development, speech sound development, engagement in book sharing and early literacy activities.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A graduate or post-graduate degree in Speech Pathology.
* Experience working in paediatric allied health, with experience working in kindergarten settings an advantage.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team to develop and implement evidence-based programs.
